Project Timeline

This was not an overnight miracle; it was a calculated 8-month execution.

October 2023: The Audit & Fix Phase (Resolved critical technical errors).

November 2023: The Breakthrough (Organic revenue increased by 343% in 30 days).

June 2024: Stability (Established as a stable brand with 2,800+ organic keywords).

The Backstory:

A Beautiful Website with Stalled Growth (The Struggle)

Despite having premium product quality and an excellent website design, Lone Star Mushrooms was facing a critical issue: Stagnant Growth. Before we stepped in, the situation was as follows:

Our Audit (Hidden Technical Issues)

Before starting any content work, we looked “under the hood.” As highlighted in the video, Ahref’s third party tool showed a strong site health score of 96. However, Google’s own tools revealed a completely different and alarming picture.


When we went deeper inside Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights, we found the following issues:

Very slow mobile site (Poor Mobile Speed):
Today, most shoppers buy from mobile devices. Yet their mobile page speed score was only 40, marked in red, which created a frustrating experience for users.

Failing Google ranking signals (Failing Core Web Vitals):
In Google Search Console, we saw that 29 URLs were failing Core Web Vitals. In other words, Google believed these pages were not delivering a good user experience.

Severe indexing problems (Critical Indexing Issues):
The biggest issue was that even though Googlebot was crawling the pages, it was not indexing them. Because of statuses like “Crawled currently not indexed” and canonical tag conflicts, hundreds of pages were not eligible to appear in Google search.

Note: They needed a strategy that could remove these technical barriers and make the site acceptable to Google.

Solution

Our Game Plan: Solving Problems One By One

We realized surface level improvements would not be enough. We had to go deep into the website and fix the technical foundations. Our work started in three stages:

1. Advanced technical fixes (Technical SEO):

●  We optimized the mobile version to improve the speed score from 40.

●  We resolved the issues on pages that were failing Core Web Vitals.

●  We fixed the indexing errors reported in Google Search Console so that crawled pages could be indexed faster.

3. Authority building (Authority Building):

Their Domain Rating was only 7. So we began increasing trust by building backlinks from authoritative websites within the health niche.

2. Content optimization (Commercial Intent):

Instead of producing general content, we focused on buyer intent keywords and implemented product schema to strengthen purchase signals. At the same time, we optimized the content in a way that fully aligned with on page SEO best practices. We created high quality, genuinely helpful information designed for both users and search engines.

Because the pages became clearer, more relevant, and more valuable, Google’s trust improved. As a result, many of the URLs that were previously marked as crawled but not indexed began getting indexed naturally.

The Results (Measurable Success)

The data speaks for itself. Within just 30 days of fixing the technical foundation and aligning the content strategy, Organic Search became the most profitable channel.
